Dunkin'

Anytime I order something at this location, there is always something that tastes horrible. The most recent visit today, I ordered a large cold brew coffee and when I got home to drink it, it had a very sour taste to it, as if they put lemonade or something mixed with the coffee, and I ended up having to dump it. Previously, I had a sandwich and tots and the tots tasted like they were cooked in very old oil.

I paid for a cinnamon raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese and an expresso and at 9 am in the morning there's absolutely NO REASON their bagels should feel like bricks nevertheless should they sale them knowing they're hard as a rock. And when I asked to use the restroom, I was told "somebody changed the code to the lock" so no one can use the restroom....I find that hard to believe. Considering it's the same restroom the employees use. But anyway, bank to my bagel. The lazy lady in the back didn't even want to put the cream cheese on the bagel. I had to tell her to do it...smh...I visit every now and then.... but I'll just be going to get my expressos and nothing else from now on..

I did a mobile order for an iced latte. I had to be logged in for work by 9am. I asked the manager who was working for a bag because I was traveling by scooter. The manger told me I had to get in line and pay 5 cent. The line was long and instead of just providing me with a bag, I had to ask a fellow customer for 5 cents. I was highly upset and she started speaking in her native language and was very rude

I placed a curbside order and parked in front of the store. 15 minutes passed and nobody came. So I went inside and saw my drinks waiting on the counter. I was running late already so I did not notice how the drinks looked “off”. By the time I got to my meeting, I had finally noticed it looked “milky” and tasted it. It’s literally entirely milk. No pumpkin and coffee flavor. I ordered an Iced Pumpkin Latte. Disappointing experience, unprofessional service.

I ordered a large cold brew sweet foam vanilla coffee it's become my favorite. All locations are not the same with drink making quality. YUCK so bitter and can you imagine they gave me a medium with a ton of ice. Which I order a large lite ice due to teeth sensitivity. But didn't notice due to being on a business call and being harrased by some guy hanging in the store. The worst location morning coffee ruined. 😑

In the past year, they have never gotten a single online order correct. And I come here almost weekly because it's the only breakfast option in the area. Also, I recently ordered an iced skim latte and the milk they used was definitely spoiled (smell was off and had a sour flavor). Told them what was wrong and they refused to refund me.
