Dear Capital Szechuan, I am writing to you today because I am part of a project that seeks to help the Ward 7 East Capitol Urban Farm to find more ways in which we could help the communities around it. As a restaurant business, I imagine you source fresh foods like vegetables, or fruits, or both. I know there aren’t many grocery stores in the area that could provide fresh foods. My question for you is whether you’d source fresh foods from the local Urban Farm, and if not, why? Is it costs? Is it because you are already used to order fresh foods from your trusted supplier? Are there any other reasons? If you would like to contribute to our project, please let reply to this email and we can organise a call or video call so you can express you opinions.
