Teddy’s is simply amazing, the food, service everything was just so delightful. The young lady who took my order was kind and very helpful. The food is delicious! You will not be disappointed, the doubles were great, curry chicken and roti super tasty and the oxtail very tasty. Will make this a regular spot for our family for sure.

We loved it so much we went back on our last day to carry it on the road with us!!
The space is tight. Only a few tables. But everyone was pleasant, even the other patrons. They got a good thing here. They should be proud.

I haven’t been here since I started keeping Kosher. I was last here in 2011. I actually love the roti here better than Caribbean Palace. Not throwing shade, although more expensive and further away than CP, this is the place I preferred to come. Always the same, I can load up my roti with vegan options, and I didn’t have to worry about being hungry afterwards as my stomach is very hard to become full with my fast metabolism. If I wasn’t keeping Kosher I would still get my roti from here. Was my favorite place to grab my lunch during lunch break.

What a hidden gem! I'd give more stars if i could. My family visited this restaurant and wow! We all had the chicken roti and we were flabbergasted when it came; it was HUGE we all ate just half of our roti and took the rest to go! The atmosphere was amazing. The owners were very interactive making sure we were well waited on. If you're in the DC area and looking for a good chicken roti, it's worth the 20 minute drive. Plus they had all the favorite Caribbean drinks from sodas to home made drinks. Would definitely recommend and visit again

I’ve been coming here for years! This a great family business. The doubles are giving double doubles! And the owners are warm welcoming. Great food and great energy.

Very rare to find curried conch in the US. Keep in mind these are large portions which can feed 2 people.
An impressive full menu of various options. Friendly customer service. I highly recommend.
Location is easy to access by bus. Add this to your list of family owned business to support.

Absolutely love this spot. I live 2 hrs away and whenever I'm in DC I make sure to stop in and pick up. I am Trini and the boneless chicken roti and doubles tastes exactly the way my mother and grandmother used to make it when I was growing up. Been here numerous times and the food has always tasted exactly same each time. Top notch authentic west indian cuisine. Highly recommend. Best roti in the DMV!

This place reminded me of home up north the Bronx, NYC. They are very accommodating to what you want even in family emergencies. I had doubles, phlouri, beef patties, and peanut punch(sooooo good). I would recommend this place to anyone from NYC that wants food that reminds you of home this is it.

Pricy. But huge portions. I was very satisfied. The Curry Chicken with white rice and cabbage was fantastic.

First time trying Trinidad food and it was good. Don’t have much to compare it to but it seemed all right to me. The server was nice and I like the flavor of the chicken roti.
