Just delicious! Definitely recommended.

Staff were very nice. Very clean and relaxing place. Ramen base soup was good, noodles not so much. Takoyaki here is good too.

My children and I go here when we are in town. Everything I have had is great. Very pleased with the spicy yellow curry bowl. My children all tried and said they want that next time we go. I checked hours and we set out at 6:30 pm on a Saturday evening and they were closed. Very disappointed. I hate to take a star away since it could have been an emergency but I see another reviewer said the same thing. Red Curry with Shrimp was great. Love this place. I did find out that weekends are slow and they maybe closed on Saturdays. If going on Saturdays I would call in the afternoon to see if they are open. I am changing my 4 to 5 star. I gave a 4 because I did not understand why they were closed when I went on a Saturday. I understand now so I am giving a 5 star rating.

Great place for a quick bite. Ramen is on point.

On my way to Kanji, I stopped at district thai on the second floor....great stop! Good service, delicious food, very inexpensive ($20 for a lunch combo, app + tip...with leftovers for dinner).

The food was pretty good, and the prices were very reasonable compared to other Japanese restaurants in DC.
The tonkotsu domburi was an interesting idea: serve the chashu (pork belly) and nidamago (half-boiled egg) from a tonkotsu ramen on top of rice instead.
If everything had been piping hot instead of warm (pork and rice) or cold (the egg), I would have gone with five stars. Still, it was a tasty meal.

Not the greatest ramen in the city but the difference between here and the top notch spots is not considerable. Way more accessible than most and inexpensive and still quite tasty. A frequent lunch break spot.

Surprisingly spacious and clean space on the third floor. The ramen wasn't like specialty ramen shop but it was quite good. Overall it's a great fast-food type of place that's cheap and functional and clean. They are in GrubHub too.

It's an interesting discovery while I was trying to locate a Thai restaurant in the same building. Since the restaurant I was looking for is closed during renovation, I decided to head up an extra floor to try this Japanese place.
There's no much of a decor or a vibe per se. But it appears there's a local crowd probably people working in the area. I had the pork bun, and the yellow curry ramen. The former is worth mentioning since it is huge and quite delicious. The ramen, pretty decent but not enough to impress. Perhaps I should have stuck with the basics (like miso or shoyu based)..
Overall, if you are looking for a local place for quick bites and lunch. Come here. If you are trying make it like some memorable experience, this is not the place

So yummy! We were along down Vermont and saw the foldable sign in the street. So glad we chose to stop here. I got the donburi with salmon and miso soup. It was just enough and very satisfying.
