Super cute place! You walk in and head upstairs, and you can add the tapioca bubbles to anything on a menu. There's a large comfortable hangout spot to drink your tea. When we were there, a group of friends were playing Cards Against Humanity. Lol. It was my daughter's first experience drinking bubble tea and she gave it 2 thumbs up!

Not a huge fan of Bubble Tea and it was my first time at this location. The tea was fresh and the bubbles were nice and plump. The location is upstairs and has hardly no space. I wish it was a tad bit bigger because the event they were holding required us to move in and out pretty fast. Overall their service was speedy, but I do wish I had more ice in my drink.

Kung Fu Tea is my favorite bubble tea place ever!! This time I tried the brown sugar Wow! Milk cap, and wow! I'm surprised I didn't get it before, because I couldn't get enough! I totally recommend Kung Fu Tea!

I walked into the restaurant on my first visit but they pointed me upstairs and it was no big deal. I enjoy the variety of teas and it’s quick as I’m never the only person in there but there’s never a line either. It’s a nice spot for those who work or study nearby to get a quick refreshing break in.
It’s quaint with black paint over the original wood and Bruce Lee photos all over but that also makes it fun. The staff works fast and the service is fine enough.

Lots of great tea options... the boba were super yummy and perfect texture!!! You can choose from a lot of different teas and slushes... Milk bases and lactose free milks. They have several levels of sweetness and ice amounts to specify when ordering. The prices are very reasonable and the staff was super friendly. We will definitely stop in again next time we are in the Georgetown area!

Great tea and prices! The staff was friendly and I got my order fairly quick for the amount of people in there. The one thing I'd say is that they have a lot of empty space in there and it can get kind of crowded on the weekends. A few more tables or an extra couch would be good!

I honestly believe they have the best bubble tea in the area. I am glad I don't live close to a branch or I would kill myself with bubble tea. I tried multiple drinks and I prefer the milk tea flavors with the bubble.

Great place for bubble tea. There are so many options to choose from. They also have a nice lounge that you can sit at after you order. All kinds of flavors and options, with your choice between tea and smoothies.
