I hosted a semi-private event for about 20 people this past Friday night. They said that if I brought a group of people who would buy drinks, they would give us 2 hours of an area on the rooftop. It was a great experience overall. The staff, drinks, and atmosphere was fantastic! I will gladly recommend this place to anyone looking to host any type of event like I did.

Im so glad I found out about Hawthorne. I booked a private event and participated in their bottomless brunch, and my party and I had an amazing time. From the delicious food, timely staff service, and accommodations from their booking manager before our visit I highly recommend having your event here! Not to mention the ambiance of their rooftop space I loved it! Can't wait to spend another Sunday here.

After researching around DC for a place to host my birthday event, I came across Hawthorne and never looked back! Their team reached back out to my quickly and provided me with all the details I needed to consider but it was a no brainer. I was able to reserve their 3rd floor space for my 40+ guests with no fee or minimum! Another huge plus was that on Saturdays afternoons, they offer happy hour deals for food and drink as well as a DJ on the floor! Come day of, the manager and staff there were so helpful and friendly. All of my friends raved about how much fun they had and it was truly a memorable experience! Highly recommend for anyone to celebrate their events at Hawthorne if you have a large party!

This place hosted my 23rd! Great venue, friendly bouncers and bartenders and everyone was so welcoming about it. Thank you so much to the kind service and hospitality. Will definately do more events here in the future. I was told happy birthday by the workers there and felt like family. Great service!

I hosted my 35th birthday at Hawthorne and it was such a great experience! The staff is great. Everyone was so kind and helpful. EVERYONE. From their event coordinator that helped me leading up to the event, to the on-site management, to the bartenders to the security. They all were so nice. The DJ was really good and our bartender was nice. He made great food recommendations. (The chicken tenders are FIRE) He also had no complaints making drinks he never made before, he googled the ingredients and they came out so good. I would highly recommend Hawthorne.
