The amount of bacon that they put on the sandwich is on like any other place I’ve been to. If you absolutely love bacon, you love, BLTs, don’t pass this place up. I got a sandwich, piled high with bacon added avocado on a croissant with a fried egg and it was the best thing ever for the price. The only thing about this since they service so many people is that it was not very hot, but like a room temperature. Still, loved every bit of it!

My son wanted to try this place out while we were walking back from the Lincoln Memorial to the Metro station. We were not disappointed.
I had a smoked turkey sandwich and it was, by far, the best sandwich I've had in many years. It's too bad I don't live in the area or I'd eat here on a regular basis. Just a great place to eat.

I've been going to this spot, off and on, for 40 years. They're still going strong with some of the best deli sandwiches in town.
They're quick, efficient, and always delicious. The steak and cheese subs are incredible.

Very "good old days" vibe. You can get a very meaty sandwich at a reasonable price, with no hidden fees or awkward tip screens. Wide variety of snacks and goodies to pick up too. I wish every other lunch spot owner in DC would pay this place a visit and take notes.

Bacon lovers run to GW deli. The BLT is STUFFED with bacon for a good price. The turkey club also stuffed with bacon. Both sandwiches were delicious. Just be ready to wait in a little line as everything is made to order. Trust me it is worth the wait.

Great place to eat! Their sandwich is tasty and filling, there are a lot of choices so you can pick what you like and the sauce you want. The staff is super friendly and the food is great and affordable. I came here during spring break so there wasn’t any queue, but I won’t mind waiting a little for such a good place.

Recommander place for a bagel in the area. It a a small deli place. Lot of choices for the bagel. They are good but the ingredients are not the finest one. Still super good.
There is a small park next to it where you can eat outside in a table.
Went here for breakfast around 10:00 on a Sunday and it got busy right after, the queue was outside.

A great little deli! Ordered online and everything was ready when I arrived for pick up. Ordered a croissant breakfast sandwich and my husband ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich. They definitely don’t hold back on their portions of meat! Everything came out great. Can’t complain!

The bacon, egg, and cheese on a whole wheat bagel is amazing! I got mine with pepper jack cheese. I love this breakfast sandwich!
It’s affordable and these folks are quick.
When it’s slammed with students, they’re fast at getting people out.
There are tons of things to buy here. The GW Deli is a GW staple and favorite. Check it out!
