It might be the time I came in, but the atmosphere was very chill and relaxing, enhanced by the staff on duty’s energy. Kudos. ✌🏾

always quick and delicious here, getting a bit pricey but that's inflation I guess. for the same price you could get a burger fries and milkshake at an actual restaurant but shake shack just has those great smashed burgers and sauce that you crave sometimes

A pretty good burger - but with a lot of these places the dining room was dirty and service was a bit slow.

The Shake Shack app did say our order was ready, before it was actually ready.
We came in on the tail end of a huge group of armed Homeland Security, along with them were their teenage border patrol explorers.
We decided to place an online order while we were in line, which probably saved us about 15 minutes of waiting in line!
All things considered the staff worked quickly and seemingly efficiently through the large group.
The food was hot, fresh and positively delicious!

AMAZING pickles in the burger. That strawberry shake tho…. 😩😩😩😩 hands-down best pickle I’ve ever eaten in a burger. fries were of the perfect crispiness and consistency. Some flies around the ketchup but nothing to complain about. Thank you shake shack.

In town for the Ashe show at the 9:30 Club (amazing concert by the way) - Shake Shack is close to the Viceroy hotel and double cheeseburgers 🍔 sounded good. Strawberry 🍓 milkshake was perfect.

Great prices for the area. Mushroom (veggie) burger available.
The wait was a bit too long but still acceptable. Place was clean.

Excellent as usual, faster service than a few others I've been to. Nice outdoor seating area and close to other restaurants and stores. Very friendly employees who all look like they know what they're doing.

This place is good. They have great fries and shakes. Their hanburguers bun are one of a kind that is because they are a little sweet and gives you a contrast with the savory from the patty. They have a nice area outside to sit and they also have wine and beers. It was a pleasure experience trying this new fast food chain.
