Shake Shack The Wharf

Great customer service from cleaning employee this afternoon. My hands got dirty after a biking incident, and the employee lady that was cleaning nearby immediately noticed and gave me a wet tissue to clean my hands. Wonderful customer service & very thoughtful! Ordered their burger and it was okay, veggies tomatoes fresh.

This Shake Shack location is right by the water. I love sitting on a table with the water view. I came here a few times already when I brought family and friends from out of town to The Wharf. I am not a big fan of hamburgers, since I prefer light foods with more vegetables and less meat. But this burger is the perfect size for a petite Asian lady like me. :) Pricing is not bad. Eating healthy is important for me, so I usually just order the burger and share fries with the group, and avoid the sugary drinks / shakes / ice cream.

We came here with our kids. My wife suggested it, but I was unsure as it is considered fast food. I have to say this is a very tasty burger. I was very surprised at how good it is. Also, I am not a fan of crinkle cut fries. However, these were probably the best crinkle cut fries I have ever had. I wish we had one in my city back home. If you want a great burger, go here, it is seriously good!
