I love the service and the hot chocolate! Both get better the more you go. The atmosphere is comfortable; flexible enough for me to do work or hold casual conversation. I'm here all the time!

I love this place.. I go there every day, on my way to work.. Staff is so cool, such a great group of people. They already memorized my order and start making it as soon as they see me. It means a lot to know that ppl care and show it to you in every cup, full of love. Starting a day like that is beautiful ❤️ and coffee is great of course, as well as their blueberry scone and croissant❤️🥐☕

Conveniently located within walking distance of several major hotels. It wasn't very crowded when I was here (which was nice). Free WiFi is available and power outlets are readily accessible. The large table even included USB power outlets. This spot would be ideal for group discussions and small, informal meetings.
Food selections weren't very good though.

I’m upgrading my review. Service is consistently good and the baristas are great at what they do. They also remember their regulars. It is a great place to start your day. Convenient location, clean, and usually quick service.

Great coffee, great affordable, sandwich choices. Excellent customer service!! Cashier, nice young woman with dreadlocks was knowledgeable and friendly, she made me feel welcome and appreciated. I highly recommend and will be returning.

Very upbeat and engaging baristas. Clean and there's always a spot open to sit down. The coffee is way better than the competition. Food isn't anything to write home about but I quite enjoy coming here for coffee and a small breakfast each morning

Today 5/24/17 I Had an iced Carmel machiatto that was the best I've ever had. It tasted so fresh. The service was friendly and fast. Prices were acceptable to a true coffee drinker whom appreciates great coffee and flavor made right.
