Tacos Walnut Creek, located on a corner of a strip mall for restaurants. Very interesting location. There is only toll.parking along the street. But if you go there on a Holiday (such as Presidents Day), there is NO parking toll.
The staff is friendly. The food selection was plentiful. I chose the 4 tacos (California Style- guacamole), can only select 2 choices of meats. They have Menudo, and if I was up for it, would have got it.
I have to say the dish was delicious, but will give a 4 stars.rating . They didn't honor Military/Veterans with a discount.
No so.e Mexican restaurants and Taqueria's do honor Military with a discount. Hence they will receive the extra star.

Food is delicious and friendly service.
Each time I visit, I try a new menu item. Everything exceeds my expectations and excites me to return!

I thought because it had so many stars it would be good. I was wrong ! This place in my opinion is trash or maybe I just didn’t order the right thing. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was nice that’s why it got 2 stars but the food itself was so not what I expected in a bad way. The Guacamole was not avocado . It was liquefied avocado mixed with a salsa. The cheese enchiladas tasted like burnt soup sauce from a can. The rice was very dry not fresh , but the beans I did like . They had a really good flavor and a good amount of cheese.

I wanted to love this place. We need good Mexican food in this area, but unfortunately this isn't it. Everything tasted a little off, somehow, from the Horchata, rice and beans, to the taco meat. I've lived all over the country and traveled to Mexico and had my fair share of excellent Mexican food, so I have a pretty high standard. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to others.

I came in with my family excited to eat. When seeking to order, the receptionist taking the order had the audacity to say “you mind if I help the guy behind you” customer behind me was Caucasian. As a customer you should be entitle to explore the Menu. I guess they prioritize assisting White folks and brush aside the Latin customer. Mind you it is a Mexican restaurant. As a Hispanic I was taught better principles and morals. You give the customer time to decide what to order, you acknowledge when a customer has never came into the restaurant, you should be courteous and ask if there are any questions on the Menu. My family and I were the only customers with One gentleman Behind us. When I was about to order Nachos she cuts me off and decides to take the order from the gentleman behind us. If your concern is preventing a Caucasian customer from waiting it’s ethically wrong. Perhaps you should train your employees to respectfully and professionally say “You guys take your time reviewing the Menu, and if you have questions let me know, would it be ok to assist the gentleman while you guys decide”. Will not return to this location.

I would give one star, but the staff has always been very kind. I go here quite often even though their food is mediocre Mexican food. I have been sick lately and they are very close to where I live. It takes everything in me to walk there and back without fainting. Almost every time I order a chile relleno platter, I end up with a pork dish. I don’t eat meat, so I can’t eat the meal. I have returned and had them correct my order in the past. This last time, I just couldn’t make it back in my condition, so they offered to credit my credit card. I think I speak very clear English and I don’t know why they insist on serving me pig. My fault for not checking my order before leaving.

Our favorite Mexican restaurant in Walnut Creek to satisfy our craze for authentic Mexican good. Food is always on point, customer service is always excellent and their salsa bar is 🔥🔥. Literally the only place we'll go for Mexican food in WC.
