Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Cleanliness: 5 Value for money: 5 Food Taste: 5 Recommendation: loved this Persian restaurant. First time here. I love going to Walnut Creek downtown for food options. Loved the chicken kebab and lamb shank. Their pallao was amazing. I will be back and highly recommend this place for Persian food.

The food is pretty good compared to other Persian restaurants in the Bay Area. They make a juicy koobideh which is a hard art to master. The food quality is good, it tastes great and when you ask for a medium rare barg, that’s what you get! You can see from the comments that the service requires attention. The wait time is long and requests get forgotten. The service team seem very nice, polite and friendly. It just seems they need some better training. I’d do some work with the interior of the restaurant, it seems a bit “dated” as we say in Australia. It wasn’t my first visit but probably my last for a long time. I hope they heed the feedback and do a bit better.

Kababs were awesome! Moist with high quality. Rice portions were enough so that there won’t be any waste. Ghormeh Sabzi didn’t impress me much since I couldn’t taste the dry lemon flavor and looked like the meat cooked separately and added to gravy later. But overal, food was amazing. I am going to be a regular customer now on.

So rude! Worst customer service I've ever seen!! They seated us, and we waited for 20 minutes at the table and no one came to take our orders. We called the waitress and told her we were ready to order and she just said OK with the weirdest attitude and left, we again waited 10 min and she never came back. Then we went to another waiter and asked if they can help us, and he said "I'm too busy"with a very rude tone, and at that point we just left the restaurant after 40 min of waiting. They could have told us from the beginning they couldn't serve us but they decided to waste our time and be super rude to their guests. No apologies for keeping us waiting, and no informing us about the wait. The same thing happened to people on two other tables, and we saw them leaving too without being served!! Such a terrible experience, will never go back to this place.

The person in front answering phone is not knowledgeable about Persian food, was not pleasant and missed out on a large order. She tried to give one bread for 4 large family style dinners? We just purchased the same last night and PURCHASED extra bread. Now tonight some lady has an attitude and won’t fulfill order as requested. What restaurant doesn’t want to sell additional food?
