Truelove Bar

My new favorite bar!! I absolutely love the vibe! Bartender was great, the guy at the door was super personable and informative,he raves about the food and the pink room bartender so we will definitely be back. I'm really excited to see some bands play here, Sunday they had had karaoke and it was an absolute blast! Great music, and a really cool place. The women's bathroom has the best mural! I can't say enough about the drinks! We basically got just about all of the cocktails on the menu and loved all of them! They were so good! The decor and murals are really cool, there are tons of art from local artists and the back patio is huge! Such a good use of space! I'm really excited to come back as soon as I can!!

A very eclectic crowd from all walks of life. Busy as it was the staff kept the drinks and food flowing like a well oiled machine. The security staff was on point. They were there and you knew they were there but they kept out of the way while still providing security. They were well positioned to keep everyone safe without being intimidating or intrusive. Didn't see any issues even as the place was closing up. In the three sections of the place 2 had DJs who kept everything moving and fun. Karaoke in the front, dance music on the back patio and a relatively quiet place in the middle.

My friend brought me here last night. It was my first real outing in several years, so I was pretty scared, but it turned out to be a pretty awesome night. Everyone was super nice and respectful, I got an awesome free sticker from some musicians, but the best part is they have coolers of free cold water in a few places. I really liked that.

They've turned a complete 180° cmpared to the crowd they used to bring in. To put that into perspective, I have not been there and at least 12 years. It now almost reminds me of going to a bar down in Austin with the most wonderfully group of eclectic individuals. If you wait too late in the evening, there will be a line out the door. An arrival about 11:00 p.m. did not cause a weight for us. There's an inside and an outside bar, as well as a small food menu. It's a college student hangout; however, I still saw those in their mid 30s, early 50s and a few late 60s.

The bouncers couldn’t be worse. We showed our ids and they just wouldn’t let us in. Bouncers are on a power trip in WACO TEXAS. It’s off student season and they just didn’t want customers. We asked 100 times why they wouldn’t let us in and the bouncers wouldn’t tell us why we couldn’t be let into the bar. Regardless, Of the people who got in, once they got inside, no one was there and it arguably the lamest bar in waco. DO NOT GO HERE EVERY PART OF THE EXPERIENCE SUCKED.

I wanted to see if the reviews were true. Karaoke was fun , always down to sing. The bartender that was serving me was nice and she made strong drinks just like I like them. The LIT was strong and the price was fair. My gf got drunk with just 2 but she had been pre gaming. Overall good night the music was good outside and the karaoke was fun. Probably top 2 bar I have visited in Waco. Next time will bring family and friends since they like karaoke.

Great place to just chill, alone or with a group! Went to my first Goth Night last week & it was so fun! It wasn't too busy but the DJ killed it & brought back some good goth memories lol The employees are very sweet & those who walk the floor are very attentive! The women's restroom is pretty clean & the art/writings on the wall are definitely entertaining lol
