Ordered in person less then 10 minutes ago. not only did the throw it together and paid little to no attention to what I was asking for there is a sticker from produce in my meal. It’s apparent that they really do not care. I am grossed out and don’t even want my food. It’s also the most BLAND chipotle I have ever gotten. The rice had no seasoning or cilantro in it. tasteless.

We ordered food here more than an hour ago for take out. They still made us wait for over 10 minutes. No masks by employees as well as you can see on the picture.

Very good, they made our food just like we asked. Would have been a 5 if the employees would have been in a better mood. We thanked a few of the employees for helping us, with zero response. I thought they may not have been able to hear us, but then I asked for chips and guac, which they heard perfectly, so... It's a 3⭐.

This place did not get our order correctly and were over charged. Staff are always rushing and could not get my order correct. The MOD was unhelpful and just dry. My experience was not what I expect from a Chipotle. Told deal with it, because there was no product on the line....I can only imagine how any people are being over charged, especially with students with a limited budget...

Haven’t been to a chipotle in a while, and was taken to this one recently. It reignited my love for chipotle and their food. My burrito was made perfectly with all the ingredients spread evenly. It tasted amazing and the customer service was phenomenal.

This chipotle seems to continuously have service issues. The online orders are never on time and I've gotten the wrong meal more than once. If you're going to come here I recommend just going through the regular line because you will end up waiting a long time if you order online.

Maybe make sure your workers know your menu if you have prearranged bowls. Tried to order the vegan bowl which is literally on the front page of their website. No one there knew what it was so we had to find out the ingredients ourselves.

Fine experience. Employees seemed to have nothing to do so were standing around staring at our family which was awkward, but I worked at a slow fast food restaurant before so I get it. Food was fine.
