Own Arby's website it says close at 11:00 all right at 10:03 I said if the sun to place my order for 6 minutes then I drove around to the window where there was an employee there texting on his phone and ignoring me the whole time Arby's get some better employees.

I go here quite a bit and I must say they never disappoint me! Drive thru is pretty quick and their customer service is great. Love this place! Keep up the great work y'all ❤❤❤

Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 classic beef and cheddar sandwiches. 1 was so messy that we needed many napkins (and we only got 2.), and oil was dripping all over the place.
The other was dry as a bone.
I've always loved Arby's, but this one has really gone downhill.
Maybe time to get more employees and open up the dining room?

Wednesday, June 2022. 1:30pm ++++ Lobby was Closed. Drive thru only. Slow. Guess they're UNDERSTAFFED !!! Didn't HAVE all the ingredients for the sandwich I ordered. Lady at the window was nice.

I love Arby's. When they gave me the wrong drink should have been the first clue.. NO I took the order and meet my wife for her lunch to notice they completely jacked upmy order. I payed 24 so.ething for one Arby's sandwiche.. what a joke..

Ordered through DoorDash. Ordered the beef and cheddar double, large fries, large drink. When I got my food, the order was the smallest size even though I ordered large, the drink was wrong, and I didn't receive the mozzarella sticks. Your staff is a joke there. Another incident that happened was I Ordered that same order, AT the store, same problem. Got home realized it was wrong. Went back, told them the issue. "Well I didn't chahge you for a lahge or mozzarella sticks so why complain?" Because that's not what I ordered. "Well if i didn't charge you then what's the problem?" Like I said, it's not what I ordered. "Well I don't have time for this, you can come back another day. GOODBYE." Definitely not coming back to that store.

July 2022, the lobby is still closed. You can only do drive thru.
The service was courteous but they did mess up my small order. Had a combo and 2 sides but they missed one of the sides.

Great food love me some roast beef. It was birthday, and the lady at the window gave me an apple turn over. How awesome is that!!
