Burger King

Normally this location is very good but I'm guessing tonight was an off night. It was kinda hard to hear what the young lady was saying but we got through it. Fries were warm not hot and fresh. I asked for extra pickles and extra tomatoes and this is what I got. The tea tasted like there was too much water and not enough tea. I don't know what happened tonight but I hope they get it together.

They still hear us even without themask, told them our older 3 times even. ask for an Stake King and got something not like the photo. I was ok with one less patty but this sandwhitch had little to no bacon, and the crispy onion ha they must been from the bottom because it look I got none. I would of be ok if they just put more bacon and onion on it. But no I'm going to Whataburger I know they treat me right.

The food was hot, but the personality of the shift leader or whatever you want to call her was to be liking. An error in ordering 4 Jr. Chicken sandwiches and receiving $8 change back instead of $16 cost them a regular customer for life. I was told that's not what I ordered so she would give me 6 sandwiches to equal the difference. Well when I last checked 6 $1 sandwiches wouldn't leave you with $8 out of $20. I went back to the window and owned and she dismissed me to her manager who rudely said give her what she wants $4 more dollars worth of $ $1. drinks. So , 6+4=10 on most days and I got $8 change, so no I will tell my family and co-workers to stay away. Rudeness is unexceptable. The young girl that took the order and didn't know what to do to make it right was very apologetic and she made less than every one working there. Customer service is everything!!!
