Came all the way from Whitehouse because the kids wanted Wendy’s. Parked, unloaded kids out of car seats, went inside and picked a table while I went up to order. Waited two minutes until an employee called from the back that they were drive thru only.
Incredibly inconvenient. At least talk to my face, be friendly, or lock the door with a sign.

This is one of the worst places to eat! I used to absolutely love Wendy’s! The food was always hot and fresh and delicious! As of now the quality of food and service is horrible! I’ve been here twice in the last 2 weeks and both times the food has been cold and made very poorly. It is very obvious that the people working in there do not care at all about there customer service and the quality of the food they are serving! We only have 2 Wendy’s in Tyler and for some of us that don’t get to eat it very often this is very unfortunate! Do not eat here you will be very disappointed!

We had take out through the window by using the app. Paid for through the app. They couldn't find order on their screen although they had a printed receipt saying I had paid and my app showing my order paid. Manager wouldn't fill my order and told me to pull away and there was nothing she would do because it wasn't showing up on the screen inside. She was very rude, non helpful, and rushing me with no solution for my order I had obviously paid for. If it hadn't been for the young teller at the window insisting and showing her my printed receipt I would not have gotten my order. I still had to pull ahead and wait 20 minutes for a burger and fries that should have been ready when I got there. The entire experience took 40 minutes. What was the point of using the app in the first place? Definitely not a good experience! (The burger was still good and the fries were hot at least )

Don’t go to this Wendy’s! Go to the one on front street instead, they are so much better you actually get fast service with good food! We sat in the drive through for a good 10 minutes without a single word from the employees inside. After waiting for a while we drove around and all the employees were just messing around on their phones! I would give zero’s stars if I could. If you hate your job go get a different one.

About a week and a half ago my husband stopped to get me spicy nuggets and he came home with regular nuggets instead. I called and spoke with Aisha who was sweet about the situation and apologized, but what impressed me is even though I could tell in her voice that she was flustered, she took time to make sure she made the situation right! I explained I lived in Lindale so I wouldn’t be able to get there right away and she insisted I could come whenever I was back in town. Well, fast forward to today and I stopped in and explained that I forgot my receipt but that I had spoken to Aisha and the sweet lady at the front (I didn’t get her name but wish I had to recognize her as well) grabbed a bag and got my nuggets and even threw in fries without asking and was absolutely amazing! I will definitely be back many times!!

Wasn't sure the place was open. No one inside but employees. Urine on the floor at the urinal, toilet was stopped up and the girls behind the counter were cussing (not angrily, but still inappropriate.) and standing around doing nothing about the bathroom situation. I didn't even bother ordering food. I'll go somewhere else. Worste restaurant bathrooms I have ever seen.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Not only is the staff extremely rude, but the manager is as well. They literally act like they not only hate their jobs, but they act like they hate the customers also. They spend more time playing on their phones than they do working. Never getting our business again. Now you can’t even order at the drive thru, you have to order online via their app or door dash. This place will be out of business soon. Adios, you’re absolutely awful.

The food was fine…the service was the WORST!
I went through the drive thru and was told they are only doing DoorDash and mobile orders at the moment so, I parked and placed a mobile order. I went back through the drive through, stopped at the intercom and let them know I was picking up a mobile order and then pulled to the window as instructed. The employee opened the window, handed me a drink, and closed the window without saying a word. Not “hello”, “here’s your drink”, “kiss my a$$”…. Nothing. She then opened the window and handed me two bags of food…again, not a word. Since she never said anything, I didn’t know if that was the whole order or if she was getting other items so I started going through the bags. Then the manager opened the window and (again, not saying a word) just looked at me with a look, like “is there a problem?!”. After I told her I didn’t know if it was the whole order because the employee didn’t say anything and I was just checking, she rudely said “Yes. It’s all of it. If it’s (the bags) are closed, that means it’s all of it.”. And then she closed the window. I was shocked at both of their behavior seeing as I was nothing but nice and never once complained or caused any problems.
I understand being understaffed and stressed but, this was unacceptable and I will never be back to this location again. Especially after reading other reviews and seeing that this is the norm at this location.
