If I could I would give this Whataburger 10 stars. The manager provided me with exceptional customer service. Took out time to show me how to use the Whataburger App while in the restaurant. I order the same thing at every Whataburger, the sweet & spicy burger. My food was hot, fresh, & delicious. I would recommend this Whataburger it's the best Whataburger in Texas.

Had an order messed up 3 times in one week. I worked there before so can somewhat understand the first two times. After the 3rd time I had to call back and they said they would replace my order. I went again today to get my order and they still messed it up. I didn’t get my gravy all 4 times. First 3 times they made my sandwich incorrectly. On the third time they gave me someone else’s order. Will not be going back to this location again

I have never been so disappointed in this establishment on Gentry Pkway Tyler, Tx. I ordered a sandwich and I wanted the bread toasted. When I got my order the bread was burnt. It was totally burned. What is going on that you serve burned 🔥 bread. You need to get a new cook. Someone trained to cook and not burn it. Then have the audacity to serve it to your paying customers. I gave you 1 Star for effort. So long Whataburger! You were good at one point. Not wasting my hard earned money on this particular establishment. Shame on you.#@!!##

The drive through Lady was extremely rude tonight. My order was the chicken bites combo and chicken fajita combo. She loudly and rudely announced, "WE DON'T HAVE THAT" I'm like you don't have it? WE'RE OUT OF NUGGETS AND DON'T HAVE THE PEPPERS FOR THE OTHER. I then asked, Well why is it on the menu? Post it, remove it or let the customer know before they order. Very unprofessional

this is the new one that was built right down the street from the old one. It is in front of UT health center and you are very close to the main post office on Martin Luther King boulevard and you have a few pawn shops a Subway and a McDonald's. You can ride the blue line Transit of Tyler and if all else fails you can go to Caldwell zoo there is a lot of great opportunity in this area and it is growing!

I have stopped at the whataburger in Lindale on 3 separate mornings, every time the people tell me sorry my system is down. If your going to do that turn your open 24 hours sign off.

Kept telling the lady taking my order than I didnt want onion rings and fries. But got both anyway and charged more. But I was on my lunch break and didnt have time to argue
