We tried this Italian restaurant last week, we ordered pizza and it was so tasty, well baked and fresh toppings, But the place itself was dirty and disorganized

Pizza was incorrectly made and sent out through door dash. Manager was rude, disrespectful, argumentative, and also called myself and the dasher liars. Replaced pizza with another one made incorrectly again. When I spoke to the manager after receiving the second incorrectly made pizza, he again was argumentative, disrespectful, told me I was a liar and was unwilling to make it right. This man has no business working in the hospitality industry. He is the most abrasive and inhospitable manager that I have encountered in all of Tyler. I love this restaurant but whoever is managing tonight needs to find a new line of work. To clarify and hopefully Mazzio's will take action against this very rude manager, this was posted on 4/22/2022 at 7:30 pm.

We just found out today they no longer deliver and the contract with a delivery service has run out. Not a chance in hell I would go into the restaurant to eat. The staff here is the rudest I have ever come across. They act like working is the worst thing ever. The manager is rude as well and tries to take cheap shots and insult you. Until he has to deal with you face to face. Honestly this was always my favorite place. Gonna be super sad when they close, cause they will without delivery, but they don’t deserve to be open with the way they treat people.

i had a really nice lunch buffet there this week. There was a young woman named Veronica that helped me. I saw her working constantly keeping the Buffet full. She did a good job.

My experience was spectacular! My pizza was NOT BURNT-UP AND THE WINGS WAS PERFECT THEY WAS PRETTY BIG THIS TIME LOL!!! I DEFINITELY LOVE THEIR SALAD BAR!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED

Calzone was hot, fresh, and good like always but the store look terrible!! 6 dirty tables and the whole crew was sitting down watching the game, and for some reason my wings were ice cold...I guess the owner or GM doesn't make the workers keep the place looking neat and clean. I walked in at 4 and the lobby was filthy, I asked about the buffet and was told it ended at 1:30! So why was the lobby so dirty? They need to do alot better and the management team needs to step it up a few notches.

Great salad bar and very good lunch buffet. Fair price also. One of my favorite places to eat in Tyler. Chey’s is good and Olive Garden is great

I always loved their salad bar, but when I went in this week they had changed their lettuce mix and I personally don't like eating a salad that looks like it is made out of leafs off of trees and plants. Other than that, the pizza and dessert was really good.
