This restaurant has lost it's concepts of customer service and food service. Mc Donald's has been operating for decades. I never thought that they would lose it's touch. The service is very robotic and not natural. I requested to have my cheese burger heated for 5-10 seconds after they fix it. The manager made it an argument with me. Which I thought was not necessary. I don't like cold hamburgers. Customer satisfaction goes a long way. I think simple requests should not be complicated. The employees are not friendly enough. A warm smile and a brief greetings go a long way. The management are not stable with procedures. Masks should be worn at all times. I asked one employee why don't you all wear a masks and gloves. His immediate response was "I am vaccinate." I felt masks should be worn even you are vaccinated; to show that you are concerned about sanitation at all times. The drive thru line can use pressure washer cleaning. Who wants to drive over trashy? I don't! It makes me that you don't care about the food you are serving me. Mc Donald's, please get it together, I miss the old you!😊

We ordered 4 meals 2 of which were kids meals. We waited close to 10 minutes for our food to come to the window. When it finally came it was at least hot. Not bad but definitely should be better.

I don’t understand how it takes 20 minutes to make coffee and oatmeal. What’s the point of ordering ahead when they still make you wait 20 minutes for you coffee order. Then they have the nerve to have an attitude with you. One star was gracious

Good god can the drive thru employees be any more dead inside? Everytime I come through they sigh and huff when I order the most simple things. And then they only give me half of my order. I get it. You hate your job. 😮‍💨

Upon arrival I discovered that the mobile app duplicated the free happy meal and I ended up having to pay for a second one that I did not order. I explained I redeemed 6000 pts for a free happy meal and had no need for the additional one I was charged for. The two ladies running the drive thru were very rude and condescending telling me that my order was accurate to look at my receipt and shoved it in my face as an aha I got you. All I asked was to be refunded the additional happy meal that was never even requested. They continue to speak to me with an annoyed attitude and were not willing to understand what I was expressing. Whether the receipt shows it or not; I did not want or need a second happy meal. They couldve very easily said they were unable to or something along those lines but instead would rather talk down to me for even inquiring about the extra charge.

Large diet coke. I don't like that they place the straw along side the cup making the circumference of the cup larger and more difficult to hold. Also, the cup is wet, we're driving, and one must always ask for a napkin. This situation is at ALL McDonald's.

The teen taking my order didn’t know how to do his job. He gave me incorrect change at first and then too much money back. I guess he was nervous. The two people in front of me had their orders messed up as well. The lobby was messy. One of the soft drink machines was out of order. The manager was kind as she saw me and thanked us for coming in.

The customer service in the furniture by the manager is very completely unacceptable I asked for two barbecue sauce that is for free on the app is there dollars they’re like to only give me one the man manager name is Tay and is very unprofessional and has a very bad attitude she needs to be fired from corporate or franchise immediately I am also in the food industry and this is not how you talk to customers they park you up for one order and they bring it to you five minutes later what is the point of using a drive-through if it supposed to be fast service this place is very unacceptable this is the third or fourth time this is happening
