EDIT—the owner reached out to me personally and gave me another set of nachos and they were AMAZING! Completely different then the first batch as I was able to get all the topping on each chip. I dipped them in their salsa as well and they were SO GOOD! Absolutely will be going back. Thankful for an owner who takes the time to make sure things get corrected! Huge chunks of chicken with a few chips and melted cheese on top is nachos? And for $15? 😳😳😳 never again. Huge disappointment

Last night we celebrated my birthday dinner with me and my family. First off, the food and drinks were delicious! Our server, Stacy, who serves on the weekends was phenomenal! You could tell she really loves her job because she so effortlessly went above and beyond for us last night. Thank you Stacy for making my birthday so special! Girl, you deserve a raise! We will definitely be back!

Sorry for the photo of empty plates. The food was devoured faster than photos could be taken. Service was swift and slick. Good food came relatively fast and was great. If you want to know what desert looked like before it became an empty plate you should go for some and see it in person . The apple pie was worth burning my mouth for. Steaming hot platter with a sizzling sauce poured around the slice covered in ice cream sent a column of amazing smelling vapor into the rafters.

The steak fajita meat was goooood but the service was AMAZING!! Shout out to Stacy for giving us the best dining experience we've ever had. With the staffing shortages currently causing poor service at most restaurants, I was so impressed. 10/10 will eat here again! Stacy, if you read this- you are one of a kind & I hope to see you next time we come in!

Have seen several folks on local Facebook page rave about this place. Not sure what the hype is but I found it horrible. Server was horrible. Our food was literally bought to us 5 minutes after ordering. I know Mexican is fairly quick but my cheese wasn't even melted in my enchiladas. Way way overpriced for sub par food. Didn't even finish my plate it was so cold and horrible. Complete bust if you ask me. Try Javi's just up the road. Way better and amazingly great prices.

So, after seeing the commercial come on throughout the day multiple times, I decided to try it. It's sad to say but it wasn't a good experience. The food was not even luke warm, the street corn wasn't cooked throughly. When we told wait staff they asked if we wanted it put in the microwave, not another option given. Not happy with the service or the food. The Manager was new in the position and it was obvious. Went to Chuy's and got great service and hot food. I like supporting local businesses and restaurants, but Cantina Laredo I am overly disappointed at your establishment. No ⭐⭐
