Jason's Deli

Things to know about the NEW Jason's Deli. 1. No longer serve an unlimited salad buffet, it is one trip only. We were told to "pile it on". 2. There are no more plates on the buffet for your bread and add-ons. 3. Prices have increased overall. Additionally, the food was not good...cold soups with little flavor, definitely not worth the price. Also, one cannot possibly have a nice salad from the salad bar because stuff is missing, and you can't pile everything you want in one little bowl. Glad to say I won't be back to the new post pandemic Jason's Deli.

Ordered my usual, the "salad bar"... it was good, except when I went back to get a clean bowl, I was told I couldn't have seconds now. The WHOLE POINT of a salad bar, especially at Jason's Deli, is the endless salad.. that's the only reason I went there. No one mentioned this to me when I ordered, plus I did not see anything posted that told me. If it's posted, it needs to be easily seen. If I had known, I'd have gone somewhere else. So now it's more expensive for less food.. seriously disappointed and annoyed, I probably won't be back. Oh, and my husband's sandwich was so small and the chips stale.

Used to love coming here and very much enjoyed their food and it was a great place to take my kids also. Unfortunately they have lost my business forever. I ordered my usual sandwich, when it came out with literally not even a full slice of turkey on one half I brought it back and asked for it to be remade. They refused saying that's the normal way they make it. I tried to talk to them and they just kept refusing and would not remake. I got a refund and won't be returning. Paying over $10 for a meat sandwich with no meat and then being treated the way I was, not ok. Never ever recommending or going here again.
