Rick's On The Square

Awesome food. I had the cobb salad & beef taco. Unfortunately the service was very slow, perhaps because they were short staffed? The female bartender with long black hair was rude, condescending, & disrespectful. After closing our tab she made hateful comments about the tip not being enough, of course after we asked for it back she hushed. We spent over $300 in drinks that night celebrating. If she treated us better she would've gotten the fat tip she thought she deserved.... Money was not an issue, her attitude was.

The girlfriend and I have to travel to Texas from NC 4 times a year to visit a local Hospital. Every time we find ourselves in Tyler, we always eat here at Ricks on the Square. The food, staff and prices are beyond great. Not to mention, they have a fairly good selection of Bourbon. The atmosphere and décor is also very appealing. For anyone reading this, bring quarters for the parking meters out front. You guys are awesome, don't change a thing!
