They charged $20 for 2 small meals, and gave the saltiest fries I've ever had, blandest burger I've ever had, asked for no pickles on both of them and we got pickles anyways, they didn't put the bacon on at all, and the lemonade was cold at the top and warm at the bottom (no biggie just stirred it but I'm angry). I've worked at fast food making food and it's not difficult at all. Maybe they were gettin lit in the kitchen or sumn. If I could do lower than one star I would.

Wendy's used to be one of my favorite places to eat in the past. I even worked there in my late teens. Unfortunately, we went to Wendy's for dinner last night as i was very disappointed. The chicken club sandwich i ordered had no flavor at all, and the fries came to us cold and wilted looking. I'm sure they can do better next time if we so choose to try it again.

We had a very big family order. Most the sandwiches was ordered different. We stoooed to check out order after leaving drive thru and was so excited so happy and amazed. The order was perfect. The food was hot the service was great it was fast. And still so suprised that the order was 100% accurate. Thank you Wendy's.

The line is usually long during lunch time but it's so worth the wait cause I love the Chili. Especially with extra onions. Plus I really like Thier Back & cheese potatoes with extra cheese sauce.

Very slow service. Only ordered a sm and lg chili. So much confusion and bantering between all the employees except on nice young gentleman.
In need of customer service and leadership teasing asap. And adherence to the uniform and appearance policies if there are any.
No ordering kiosks working either.

Burgers were cold. Tables were dirty. There were only 4 people inside. Definitely had time to come out and clean up the lobby since it was after 230 pm.

I made the mistake of visiting this establishment; Although I have vetoed the Mountain Home location after 3 of the crappiest orders I had there 2 years or so ago.
The large french fry I received through the drive thru was on the cool side of room temperature, soggy, and too greasy to eat on my way home (56 miles away).
So I had to deal with a left turn and da u-turn to go to McDonald's and get good, warm, and crisp fries. I will not frequent this food chain ever again no matter the town I am in.

Really shouldn't say you close at midnight if you really close at 11:30. I showed up and waited in the drive thru for someone to take my order. I've worked fast food as well and I hated it when closing and my managers wanted to close early if we had no customers. I made sure to take people's orders until we closed. Change your times if you can't be able to stay open.
