I love Indian food, especially the spicy stuff, which is hard to find here in Utah. I went to Saffron while on a solo road trip to Twin Falls and it was amazing. It was probably the best Indian food I have ever had. I could taste each and every spice. The way they presented the food was lovely and I loved the service. I plan to go back next month and bring back some takeout. It is worth the trip.

Absolutely incredible food. Total perfection. The sauces are mouthwatering. The spices are spot on. It's the best meal I've had in a long while. If you go to Twin Falls without eating here, you're cheating yourself (and your stomach). And it's affordable!

Had the samosas, butter lamb, mango coconut shrimp curry, and garlic naan.. the garlic naan was ohh my good! better than any local Italian restaurants .. the butter lamb was pot roast tender [butter chicken is another top dish recommend] the mango coconut was a mellow dish if spicy isnt your game plan.. the samosas dough was wrong: type and texture it was hard to cut with a knife which you should be able to do.. thats the only ugh from me, this will cost them a star from me this time; as its my favorite Indian appetizer and done correctly AMAZING snack please correct this issue 🙏; and change nothing else!!

This place is the best authentic food of ANY cuisine in Twin Falls. It’s truly a gem - the food is fantastic, you can’t go wrong with any dish or naan, and the masala chai is amazing. The owners are incredibly hospitable and sweet and it’s always a pleasure to eat here. I come into Twin Falls often for work and this is always the first place I want to eat. The aloo ghobi, punjabi chana masala, and butter chicken are some of my favorites.

Nice staff, nice food, cool little hole in the wall authentic Indian food, I'll be back periodically. Loved the chicken curry and mango Lassi drink. 2022 may - great time with friends, we got in around 615pm with our group of 4-6 and had the place to ourselves for a little while, then it started to fill up a bit. Good sized water glasses, delicious Channa Masala (one of two dishes they told me was vegan, the other might be Palak Paneer but I'm not sure...) Excellent customer service, we'll be back! I wish they had more clear menu labels of exactly which dishes are true vegan and veggie. Also more sustainable to go boxes and straws would be nice.

I would gladly go vegetarian for this food. It's Indian with delicate, fragrant, subtle Asian-Latin fusion in the seasonings and the twists (edamame hummus). My favorite dishes are the potato and veggie samosas with three sauces (the tamarind's a perfect blend of sweet and savory) and tandoori mushrooms over creamy polenta and topped with microgreens. The curries are equally sublime, especially the Methi Chicken Curry. And the garlic naan with nice, big juicy morsels of buttery garlic and herbs! OH MY! Get there early, or you'll miss out on the popular chai. I hear the husband-wife owners are moving, opening up a new restaurant up in Ketchum (the town needs a real restaurant scene!). A new owner is from Nepal and is going to keep up the fine tradition of this two-year Twin Falls restaurant.

We were stopping through Twin Falls from Sawtooth on our way to Grand Tetons and this place popped up on a Google search and we're so happy that it did!! Don't sleep on this place, whether you're a local or a tourist. Friendly service, incredibly fresh and flavorful food that's beautifully presented. Absolutely loved it.
