Buffalo Wild Wings

Do not trust ordering online. If you place an order and want it ready at 11:30, when you show up at 11:30 to pick up your order, prepare to wait another 20 minutes for them to cook your food. I spoke to the manager and she said was she would talk to the kitchen and tell them to hurry. She said that if we needed it at a certain time maybe we should order it earlier then we need it. So either wait 20 extra minutes or possibly eat cold food. Thank twin falls Buffalo wild wings for your outstanding service ☹

Worst BWW I have ever been to. It just takes way to long to get the food. Had about an hour for lunch, wanted to take my niece for wings before she got braces as she loves them. We got two lunch specials of wings and fries. We had to switch it to a to go order as we were running out of time, and had to leave. The waitress was great she was apologetic and just trying to do what she could. It took 42 minutes to get the wings after we ordered. It only took her orthodontist 38 minutes to put on her braces. She literally got braces faster than wings that day.

The restaurant for great but the food was not very good. We ordered two 15 pieces of original wings. They were tough n the meat was very dry. It was as if they were under a heat lamp or over cooked. I have never had such terrible wings. I'm in twin falls Idaho n was very excited to go out n eat during this covid 19 thing n was very disappointed

Worst wings I’ve ever had. Ordered the 15/15 bundle for $32.00 just to be disappointed. The 15 boneless wings were okay but the 15 traditional wings were super dry. They might have added a tablespoon of buffalo sauce for 15 wings. How do y’all mess up the wings when it’s BUFFALO WILD WINGS? Not to mention the fries were complete garbage. Tasted like they were under the heat lamp for an hour then just thrown in a box. What a joke. Definitely not going back there again and I recommend going somewhere else if your looking for wings.

These guys need to figure it out. I arrived after the expected pickup time. I checked in and was told that my order was being bagged up. I waited 15 minutes, then checked with the hostess. She went back and checked on it, then came out and told me the fries were just coming up. Then I waited another 10 minutes for my food. Come on.

The food is delicious! The problem is the service. On multiple occasions, preordering food and going in to pick it up has resulted in either waiting for 30 mins past the "ready" time, or half of the order missing. When dining in, the service is generally better, still hit or miss. They don't seem to know how to deal with the crowds they get, and it's extremely disappointing.
