Starbucks

This location is usually great but one employee soured my last two visits there. The first time I was paying attention and saw them put a drink on the counter but didn’t hear my name called. They then left for break of end of shift. After a while I checked and realized it was my drink. Today, I was next in line while they were working the register. They were talking to another customer about school. They saw me and gave me a nod as if to say “just a moment sir”. I waited but they just kept talking about school. I’m a patient man but I can’t stand waiting while someone needlessly wasted my time so I left. Maybe it’s time I made the location at Dufferin and Rimrock my regular Starbucks

My first time at this location and it didn't disappoint. There was already a group of 4 in front of me, still deciding what to order. The wait time wasn't long at all, approx 5-7 min, although the manager apologized on the group's behalf. I appreciated his professional work ethic. Definitely will be coming back!
