Subway

My boyfriend and I ordered two meal deals, instead she just charged us for his drink and I didn't get one and charged for the chips separate, even though I explained three or four times we were getting two meal deals, in the end I just gave up and wanted to leave. I understand subways sometimes have different types of cheeses and meats available but when we asked if they had mozzarella she very rudely scoffed at me and said they don't carry it in that location. (I think that is what she said, I couldn't understand her most of the time.) I work in customer service and I know it sucks, but it still your job so speak clearly and try to understand what the customer is saying.
