Chick-fil-a

I hadn't been on campus in a while, and did not realize this Chick-fil-A had moved across the hallway to replace the Steak N Shake. Great quick service. The seating area has also been opened up and feels brighter. I sat to eat and work on my own. Being a slow afternoon, the staff even wandered over to offer and deliver free pop refills. A nice surprise!

My friend and I walked in line to order food and the people in front of us said someone told them they were the last to order. I looked at my phone and it was only 7:55 and there also was nobody behind us. After about 3 minutes of the line not moving. We see what looks like the manager peeking through the door from the kitchen. She comes out and tells us that we have to get out of the line when it’s still not even 8pm and we were the only two that had to leave the line and we were in the back of the line with nobody behind us. I’ve worked in fast food for almost 4 years now as a kid and never once has any industry asked people to get out of the line before the stores closed time is even past. Very rude and disrespectful.
