Great customer care. I would love it if there could be a business brought to Cary, North Carolina! We NEED a Mr. Heros here. I should not have to keep returning to Ohio, feeling so desperate lol on each visit to get my most favorite take out food. Roman Burger and Cheese steak. They are the original! Please come to Cary NC. U would do so well. There are a lot of Northerners here!!!!!!

I didn't even want to give this location 1 star, but in order to make a review I had to. This location has zero customer service skills, the cooks are horrible. The food never tastes done. Undercooked!! You can tell them exactly what you want to order and how you want it, and every single time your food comes back it is LITERALLY WRONG, AND COLD! HOW IS IT COLD COMING OFF THE FLAT TOP? AGAIN, UNDERCOOKED ! KEEP THE MANHATTAN LOCATION OPEN, BUT CLOSE THIS ONE DOWN!

Online ordered for pickup. Ordering was fast and easy, pickup was okay. The workers missed a couple thi ts from the order but did give it to me after I noticed. Food is always pretty good.Try their fries with cheese.

I had never been to Mr. Hero before so I ordered a variety of different things to take home and share with my family. To me, everything except for the buttered cheese steak with double meat was just average. However, it's not a true Philly cheese steak like I had in the Philadelphia area. I had a large order to go and it was prepared quickly and the employees were very nice.
