This place has the potential to be a really awesome bar. If the owner wasn't so afraid of change (even if it's for the better), a lot could be done to make this one of the best college bars in Toledo. It's called Jax Bar & Grill, but there is nobody in the kitchen so no food is ACTUALLY made...
The men's bathroom is pretty messy, so you pretty much HAVE to use the women's.
The bartenders are so awesome though! They are so casual and easy to talk to. The drinks are really well priced.
This is probably one of UT's oldest bars and it has the potential to stay around for a really really long time, it just has to move in the right direction.

Jax Bar and Grill is only for those with the most affluent and refined tastes for the best ales this nation has to offer. I can't count the number of times that I have coiffed a fine beverage while also being in the company of numerous women. The atmosphere? Designed to house the Gods!
