Absolute worst Taco Bell you will ever go too… those place is the bottom of the barrel! Never come here unless you are three sheets to the wind. This place sucks! Absolutely terrible! Never come here! One of Toledo's worst!

Id give NO stars if I could.. horrible location!
Ordered a spicy potato soft taco add blk beans onion and sour cream.
The potatoes were so hard I couldn't even chew them. When I took it back the cashier began to bager me on how good they were and I was wrong even brought the pan of potatoes out of the hot hold to the window to prove it. Obviously did NOT want a remake at this point.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The woman at the window was the rudest most inconsiderate unhelpful person I've ever had to deal with. We ordered our food Supreme got it left and it was not Supreme. Went back she said oh yea that's because we're out of tomatoes.....I mentioned like hey that would've been nice to know when we ordered she offered a refund we accepted. She wanted all the food back even the taco I had 2 bites out of before I realized there was no tomatoes in it then didn't give me my money back for the taco she took that I could've finished....... theres so much more but I just can't believe the lack of professionalism along with rudeness. I asked why charge me for Supreme if not Supreme??????

Literally just picked up food from this location...12:15 a.m on Saturday January 15th 2022 they charged us but only gave us half the order. Called and talked to the manager which said his name was James and he said he made the order himself and knew everything was in there. Also couldn't even eat one of the items we did get due to a huge hair circled up in it. He asked for a paper receipt knowing damn well he never gave us one. Told him we had an online receipt and he said that wasn't good enough and didn't care if we called corporate. Let me say I'm doing more than calling corporate. Never again will I visit here and briefs this isn't the last of it

They should listen to people in the drive thru !!!! We got no sauce packs and the nacho cheese on the side sucked it wasn't enough to put on each of our tacos it was maybe a 1/4 nacho cheese in a side cup and we ordered 8 and 8 sides of sour cream the filled the side sour cream up but not the nacho cheese

Picked up for doordash and they were prepared and the order was already ready then I got a second one out of the same place before I left and he made it within 2 minutes for me
