Wish I could give negative star. Rude employee who did not understand what a coupon was. Acted like I was trying to steal from the McDonald’s using the deals they specifically provide for people who want a better deal on their breakfast sandwich. Everyone steer clear of this McDonald’s. Much better one down the road was able to’ accommodate.

Don’t go through the drive through, you will be there for 15+ mins and not move one car. Doesn’t matter what time of the day it’s always like this at the Alexis rd location. Slowest one in the area.

Very slow drive through (15 mins +). Had to repeat myself when picking up order. Received sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea. Didn’t get the ketchup packs I requested. Out of Apple pies. Didn’t get the Splenda packs I requested. No napkins provided. App order saved me no time and was a hassle. Doesn’t seem like a lot of thought goes into customer service. Could have been a lot better if the people had spent a little time focusing on the order and listening.

Don't leave without checking your bag, forgot our drinks & sauce . Didn't have strawberry creme pies so they gave apple instead. Need better training at the last window. Besides that, Whatever happened to friendly customer service? Smh ....

As a New Yorker, I’m accustomed to brusque, efficient service. When a friend and I stopped into this McDonalds for breakfast and planning for funeral errands, I wasn’t prepared for the preternaturally kind and upbeat service. The young fellow who took our order made sure he knew exactly how I wanted my coffee and was really trying to make sure our experience was a good one. I wish I could remember his name, because I want the world to know how lovely he was. The whole crew seemed to share his demeanor, and the only thing I can complain about is the fact that now I know that this level of care and love in the service industry is even possible, but sooooo far away.

This was the absolute slowest I have ever had fast food. Cashier rang in food for some customers to then tell them that they didn't have it. Took forever to take any orders in general. The manager came and asked them to do something and the worker got kind of snarky on their break and they kind of argued in front of customers.
Unfortunately we made the mistake of stopping here again....even worse this time. Every person has had their order messed up. They were not giving out receipts and one person showed up to get his order fixed and they refused because he didn't have a receipt.... that wasn't given to him. Seems like a lot of training is need and some managers that need to over see a lot of what is going on.

I've tried 3 days in a row to get breakfast been there before 10:30 on weekdays and 11:00 on weekends every day I try to get breakfast they tell me there are no longer doing it getting lunch. Literally I've been there an hour early before and they still won't give me the chance to get breakfast food I'm never coming back to this place. This is the worst McDonald's it takes super long and it's in a good area not even in the ghetto. This stuff ridiculous

Can’t even make sandwiches right. Ordered a double cheese with no pickles and extra onions and they made the opposite. Got pickles when I asked for none and got no onions. Was also made really sloppy.
