Beaner's Coffee

Pretty consistently a tragic experience. Just had my order taken by someone wearing headphones. While the other employee was on her phone at the end of the counter. Person who took my order didn't take out headphones, and mumbled everything (probably couldn't hear themselves talking). Other Barista just stood at the end of the counter on her phone. When I got my Latte It didn't have any espresso in it. Just Hot milk. I've not seen an employee last more than 2 months here. Always someone new who doesn't care enough about employee experience to even take out their headphones.

I love this Bigby's location, the staff has always been friendly and polite. The coffee is always good and they'll pretty much make it the way you want it. I usually get their "Super Red Eye, with an extra Double Shot of Espresso". Its a definite must visit, and always remember to tip your Barrista.

Disappointed. My fault, I didn't realize only some biggbys are vegan. This one, sadly, was not. Stopped in for a vegan breakfast sandwich with cheese and only got the bagel. It was good, but I wished they'd had any options at all to go with it. Even the sweet barista that took my order lamented about the lack of options for us. At least they had the common non dairy options for coffee.
