Asian Fusion Cafe

At least 4 stars. Yes it serves orange chicken, if you think that makes this place a bad place to get Chinese food then you are a cool hipster or something. The orange chicken was the best chicken I have ever had. The chicken was actually moist and I don't recall ever having truly moist chicken from takeaway diners in the past. The rice was just like I like it which is not overly sticky. The staff seemed friendly and it was not crowded.

Just tried this place from door dash (free delivery; I'm cheap af about the delivery) and I'm pleased. Hot, tasty food. Take-out heaven. They didn't skimp on the proteins in my house fried rice, and the portions are big enough to share with someone. I like that they add veggies in the egg drop soup, and the cream cheese puffs are crispy and tasty. I feel like you get your bang from your buck here. Shoutout to my dasher, Mateo you rule.

They've recently changed their menu (again), & gone to halal meats. That means chicken, beef & lamb, but no pork, which is weird for Chinese food! This place used to have some of the best twice cooked pork in the area. But, everything's still delicious & still seems authentic. Service was somewhat understaffed on our late Sunday evening dining visit, but it was ok.

Nice, pleasant atmosphere (despite the two loudmouth guys sitting next to us). Good, authentic Asian food. Not the Americanized type that we're used to. We shared the Flatbread beef wraps (chewy texture), which are flavorful. I think they are fried though. I had the chicken curry #61, and my boyfriend had the Kung Pao chicken #49. Good choices. We both like spicy dishes. The family who owns the restaurant is friendly and attentive. They kept checking on us throughout our meal. I would love to come back again before a show at at The Improv. Or, when we're in the area.
