Waited quite awhile in the drive thru and I was the only one. The young boys were very nice and the food was good. They are obviously under staffed. But I'll go back

Just wanted to commend the management of this location; I had an issue with food not being included in my drive thru order and when I came back later, my complaint was received and addressed with an immediacy that needs to be known about with a positive review. Quick and easy not much to consider since it's a franchise and it is what is to be expected as your normal fare of fast food. However overall, clean and neat. Very presentable at first look. Food came out quick and tasty 😋

My order got a little fumbled up and I didn’t get the right stuff but when I left feedback through the Jack in the box app the district manager actually reached out to me about it and offered to fix it for me on another day. Good management, busy night for the employees so an understandable mistake was fixed. Thank you Jerli.

Jack in the box is one of my davorite fast food restaurants. I know this is very subjective, but I love Jack in the box. Their hamburger is always my favorite.

Sean, Pisa, George, Absolutely killed it tonight! Totally amazed with my experience tonight I can say this by far was the best experience I’ve ever had! These guys were fast, easy, and very inviting! Made some recommendations that were awesome and tasted amazing! I would highly recommend this spot to everyone 100/10 these guys nailed and really made my day!

I was doing my normal Jack in the Boz run at late hours of the morning when I had the most amazing interaction with employee worker Shawn. He was so bubbly and such a pleasure to talk to even if it was only 5 minutes of his time, he explained to me he was new too! He was so accommodating and quite honestly made my day with how nice he was! My food was so fresh as well. Shawn deserves all the recognition!
