**Ugh, so sad to hear that they have closed as of Jan 2018.
A South Tempe gem, for sure. Great / fresh food, really good happy hour. We love their sushi. The sashimi salad is a favorite, as well.

Really good sushi and having come from eating sushi in SF, PDX, and Seattle the last place I expected to find that caliber of sushi was the Arizona desert. Servers and personnel were very accommodating and personal as well. Recommended.

This place is absolutely amazing. My dad is Japanese and this is as close to his cooking as I've had in a while! Happy hour specials are fantastic, too!

So, let me start off by saying the sushi is great. The atmosphere is good, and the service is friendly if a bit slow. Soup was good.
However, be careful if you are vegetarian. I ordered the tofu appetizer, and it had what looked like bacon shavings, in what I was pretty sure was a beef sauce. Who puts bacon on tofu?? That was not fun.
Other than that everything was fine. The waiter made an obvious typo on my bill, but promptly fixed the error with no issues.
Good sushi, just be extra careful if you are vegetarian.

This is my first review. Im a small business owner in Tempe. My fiancee stumbled upon sushi kee by way of Google. Hands down top 3 sushi I've had. Great service. Great neighborhood restaurant feeling.

Thomas berry, nobody listen to him, its good sushi, good price, it would've been cheaper to get individual rolls.. But I don't understand how you shared a roll? You paid $20.. Its 3.50 for a Cali or something in that category, why pay $20 instead of $3.50? Sorry but I see no logic..
