Devil's Advocate Bar And Grill

Typical college Sports Bar ambience. I love coming here for Taco Tuesday because they have pretty good tacos. The only reason I cannot bring myself to give them five stars is because the service is not great. My server/bartender was very nice, but he seemed experienced because I had to keep correcting him on things with my order. He forgot to put our food and drinks order in at multiple points when we added items. He got our food order wrong. It's was a bit frustrating, but overall I like Devil's Advocate.

Rachael is our new go-to bartender. I travel a lot for work and we always are on the lookout for a no-fuss place to hang and chat after long shifts when we are visiting new areas. Rachael picked up on our regular orders after the first day or two, gives above and beyond attentive service and is fun to chat with as well;-) I’m so happy to have found our new Tempe hangout place. She even helped us with Trivia. Good stuff. Highly recommend this place esp. if Rachael is workin that shift

I’m here for work visiting from out of town and would recommend this place 10 times out of 10. The bartender Rachel really made the difference. She gave incredible service and was an absolute joy to be around. If you’re in Tempe and have the pleasure of having Rachel be your bartender you will not be disappointed.

Devil's Advocate is a sports bar in the Scottsdale area. It's got some parking on the side and back, a few dozen tables inside and a bunch of bar seating as well. They get busy on the weekends, but they also show UFC fights here which is nice. The service is great, our waitress Kate was slammed the whole time but still made it back to check in every few minutes with more beers or clearing the table. Overall the food is ok, wings and cheese curds are good, chicken sandwich is meh, but they didn't have the green chili chicken which we heard was good. Great place to watch games though, tvs everywhere.
