Very friendly staff, very fresh variety of food, clean! Lots of different bagels. Muffins too! Many types of beverages offered. Love, love, love the people and place! Great real NY bagels
I left this review 4 years ago. I still absolutely love the service and the food here. I've found to know my workers..they know me by name (I usually have a name tag on
because I'm going into work across the street)...and they greet me and there's a hometown feel. I love it. Not to mention the wonderful bagels which are the best here in the area. I've been to the Bagel Factory in a few locations and Big Apple Bagels has them beat. Shout out to everyone at the Big Apple Bagels..ya'll help me keep food in my belly working with no breaks..

This place is great. You can go for breakfast or lunch or both. The bagels are fresh made. They have a large selection of bagels. Their bagel sandwiches are delicious. Try their bagels. You will enjoy.

Went a few times while on vacation and the bagels and coffees always hit the spot. My favorite was the French Toast Breakfast Sandwhich and a Caramel Latte, both were absolutely delicious. Service was friendly and fast!
Small joint with limited seating but tables opened up quickly.

loved our breakfast, place was packed on a Sun am but line moved quickly. Line was out the door. Staff worked hard & processed our food order w/ ease & brought food out to our table! place could easily move to a bigger freestanding location instead of in the plaza!
