Ordered via Just Eat and despite Anets accepting the order I received a call to tell me they were unable to deliver. An hour and a half later and my wife and I are having to make alternative arrangements. Literally fuming. If they couldn't fulfil the order they shouldn't have accepted it on their end.
Tried this place through just eat, we waited over an hour and decided to call up to ask where our food was. The lady on the phone stated “ the driver must be out with it” minutes later a text came through stating they have cancelled the order. Why let us wait all that time? Poor behaviour, shame on this business.
We decided to try this place and made an order via JustEat which was confirmed and delivery time set up, then over an hour and a half later we received a call from JustEat saying our order was cancelled. Not a great service :(
It's a good option to grab a breakfast to go or if you work in an office nearby. Prices are ok. The quality is quite good and the portions are quite adequate for the price.
Just had two breakfast from here arrived promptly and still hot ....decent portion for price.
Fed up of an order being accepted and then cancelled. If you don't want to do delivery... Don't offer the service.
