Vegan Sting

Genuinely the best vegan takeaway in Manchester. I’ve been ordering from here for ages now and they always serve up a great feast. If you’re vegan and haven’t tried this place, you’re seriously missing out. But you don’t have to be vegan to love it. My wife, who’s Italian ancestors would spirali in their graves if she ever went vegan, absolutely loves it too!

Absolutely amazing!!! Quite literally one of the most freshest and tastiest takeaways I have ever had. Highly recommend to anyone - not just vegans. You can’t tell the difference between meat and these vegan versions. I had the tandoori chicken box and it was very nicely packed to the top. Aloo tikki’s were perfect and the “chicken” was so soft and tasty.

Probably my favourite place to eat in Manchester. Always make sure I make a detour to try something new as everything I’ve tried has been really good. Brilliant portion sizes which justify the price but even if the portion sizes were smaller, it’s still really well priced for a small business who are undoubtedly feeling the increased cost of remaining open. I’ve only ever been served by the same fella who I’m guessing is the owner and he is very friendly and honest. A few times when me and my partner have been unsure whether to get that extra side and we’ve been made well aware that what we’ve ordered will probably be enough. The 3* for atmosphere doesn’t take anything away from Vegan Sting as it’s not the kind of place you’d go to socialise or hang out, just to get some tasty vegan food! Just wish it was closer to home.
