Worst DD on Staten Island!! Employees don't know how to make a f$%&kn coffee nowadays. Terrible customer service standing on line for 10-15 and finally getting your coffee & course not the way you like it. Absolutely terrible needs better management

Disgusting horrible customer service....dirty Albanians go to the front of the line due to an Albanian coffee girl who serves her own people first not understanding there people on the line...the manager Kiril knows this, seen this , and I even complained about it 1 morning and nothing happens...stay away unless your Albanian and know the coffee girl otherwise you'll be served last....DISGUSTING
