I don't think they understand why weight conscious or diabetic people order sugar-free or diet drinks. I ordered Sugar Free Mountain Dew Baja Blast soda. When I got it, I asked if it was sugar free. The guy said No because they ran out of the sugar free. Why didn't he tell me in the first place.. and I had to ask him?

This review is for the new location on Forest Avenue, SI, NY. I have been to this location twice since it’s opened a month ago. I understand it’s a new location and they may be getting overwhelmed with the long lines but there’s no excuse for missing items and ice cold food. I order the food and literally by the time I get home which is no more than five minutes the food is ice cold. Like they literally took it out of the fridge dumped it in a bag and shoved it over to you. And twice I’ve had items missing from my bag. After asking if everything is in my bag. I can easily pull over but the location is so tight and with the long lines that there’s really no way to do that. They should REALLY have online ordering with door pick up. I will not be returning to this location.

If I could give no stars, I would. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Ordered on the app and waited for 30 mins before I had to reach around the glass to grab my food. They never called my name and when I spoke to an employee he completely ignored me after I even told him my name (which was on the bag!!). So mad having to watch everyone get their food called except me!!

BAD MANAGEMENT FROM A BAD MANAGER: My son place a big order and they gave him the wrong stuff when he ask to speak with the manager, the manager refused to correct the order claiming “what do you want me to do with the food, I can’t put it in the garbage “ and he insisted not to fix it. Shame on you. Don’t go even closer to this place.
