After the gas station across the street told us to go to the 7/11 for a bathroom, the 7/11 wouldn't let my child use the restroom there either. I asked for where we could go if the 7/11 and gas stations won't let us use the bathroom because we had just pulled off the highway, and the employees just shrugged. At least a customer provided a helpful suggestion. Glad to see Staten island keeping the traditions of old New York alive, rude and unhelpful to women and children. Wawa for life (and bathrooms!)!

So I’m ready to pay, The owner asks if I need “bags”. I said yes, he charged me for bags, I paid. He started stuffing everything in 1 small paper bag with 5 bags of chips and refusing to put the rest in a small bag!!!! Telling me he can fit everything in one bag to crush the chips!!! But he can give it to every single person drinking beer for free!!! Worst $25 I ever spent in 7-eleven OVER A PAPER BAG!! So ridiculous.

Used to go in every Day the gentelman who ran the place left so far thwy have not replaced him. The kids working there dont speek dont clean up and hust dont care u list a good customer

Used to love the people at this place, would go every day before work. Today l was overcharged and they took the last bit of money I had in my account and refused to help me until Monday, which is 3 days later. I am screwed and no one cared. Lost a customer for good.

Coffee was not fresh at all , I ask the cashier if there are any fresh coffee he replied take cold coffee and put in the microwave. So I decided not to come here again, just purchased the cookies and I left the store . Very rude cashier.

The only 7/11 I go to because it's clean and all the employees are very polite. If I can give them more than a 5 star would.
