Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Felt like the server was fetching water from a well. It took so long just for her to come back with the first glass. The burger was good however the bread was cold. Now for the bottomless fries, how are you going to advertise bottomless fries if the server doesn't even come back to the table half the time to place an order. Bad customer service regret the tip.

This location was the first time I ever came to a Red Robin. The Staten Island location is relatively new, so it's quite clean and nicely designed. The staff were friendly and attentive. Why I'm giving it 3/5 stars: I came here with my friend for happy hour and realized they didn't have very many options :/ We stuck with classic mojitos, and they were well made, (and a larger than expected serving size). I just wish there was a larger offering of choices than the 3-5 we saw. It smelled GREAT walking inside. You could tell they were working that grill. But believe it or not, I wasn't as impressed by the burger selection on the menu. The appeal kind of fell flat as I checked out the burger choices, and saw some that just weren't drawing me in enough to try. All in all, it's a good spot to visit while in the mall, just not extraordinary.
