Euro Pizza

Today, I looked at the menu from the Euro Pizza S.I website and called Euro Pizza to place an order of Buffalo Chicken Wrap. Their website description on the menu for this item said "crispy chicken breast strips with buffalo sauce, cheese, lettuce and red onion in a soft, toasted tortilla wrap." What I received was just a chicken wrap drenched in sauce. When I called the establishment, instead of apologizing, he continues to claim that whatever menu we saw online was not theirs, that he was not aware of the menu I was talking about. I suggested for them to review their online menu but instead he said "that's not what we have on our menu." Sir, I did not call to argue, a simple apology is good enough for us. FYI: when you apologize, it doesn't mean its your fault. Your apology can mean you are sorry that it happened to your customer, you are sorry that it made the customer unhappy, you are sorry for the confusion. Then you can explain whatever you need to explain. That's all!!! Sir, thank you for your extremely poor customer service!!!!!

The food was not good at all, my brother in law ordered a 2 strombolis and paid $7 each to split a meal it was tiny little to no meat and when he called they told him that’s how they were sold, that’s highway robbery. Will not be ordering from here again no wonder the place is always empty when I walk by it.

I love EURO Pizza. There topping special slices are delicious. Its probably among the best Pizzerias in all of Staten Island. The store is very clean, and in person the staff is very friendly. The only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is because they never get a delivery order 100% right. They have on many occasions forgotten a slice, delivered the wrong slice or gave incorrect orders over the phone to the kitchen staff or forgot the cup of sauce for garlic knots. Not at the fault of the delivery guys who will come back to correct an order which is a shame, because I wont order delivery and will double check any pickup orders. This pet peeve aside, their food is absolutely delicious.
