The staff here is so rude. People have completely lost their manners. Rolling her eyes. I TRIED to purchase ice latte and she basically gave me a cup of milk. I asked for a latte. She continue to say it was . I said I need more coffee ( it was WHITE). I am very patient but these two female staff had my blood boiling. I had to walk away and they kept my money. Do NOT stop here for coffee.

Good afternoon, I am a loyal customer at Dunkin’ Donuts . I had the worst experience at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Staten Island, NY on Richmond hill road. The guy at the register was very unprofessional I had intentions on making a purchases but after being treated the way I did I walked out without purchasing anything . If this is the way they are trained to deal with customers I will no longer buy anything sold by or at Dunkin’ Donuts .

This Duncan is a disgusting location. I literally walked out without my order. The girl who was making my food doesn't follow food preparation guidelines. The management is a big joke as well. extremely unprofessional and dose not care about the customers. Keep my $5 for the sandwich I bought...Instead definitely won't be stepping foot in this location ever again...you have been warned....I'm without a doubt sure this location's B listening with turn to a C in no time

Three months ago this was the best dunkin on the island, I don't know if the manager was transferred or left the company but this store has fallen off fast!! They use to never make mistakes on your orders, and was always clean. Now I'm lucky if I get my order correct once a week and the food prep area is filthy!

I was sitting in this Dunkin for 30 minutes just for this guy to give me the wrong order next time I’m throwing it in his face , this is a every day thing
