How many tests do you have to fail to work here??? Rude rude rude old woman in the drive through, always forget part of the order, and now they have discontinued lemon. WTH? Can I have an ice tea with lemon…ice tea yes, lemon no. I hate Tim Hortons but they’re getting my business!

WENT THERE IN THE AFTERNOON AND BOTH DOORS WERE LOCKED. THEY SIGNALED AT ME TO GO AND ORDER THRU THE DRIVE THRU. I WENT TO THE DRIVE THRU WITH CARS BEHIND ME AND THERE WERE KIDS ORDERING FROM THE DRIVE THRU. I TOLD THE CLERK THAT PUTTING PEOPLE TO ORDER IN THE DRIVE THRU IS DANGEROUS ESPECIALLY FOR KIDS. SO THEN I WENT BACK 2 WEEKS AFTER AND THEY HAD THE DOORS LOCKED AGAIN. THIS TIME I HAD TO BANG ON THE WINDOWS TO GET THE ATTENTION. THERE WERE ABOUT 5 PEOPLE WAITING OUTSIDE. WHEN WE GOT IN WE ORDERED AND I WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE WHEN AGAIN THE DOORS WERE LOCKED. SO I TOLD THE MANAGER AND ASKED WHY THEY KEEP LOCKING THE DOORS. AND HE SAID ITS BECAUSE THEY GET TOO MANY PEOPLE INSIDE. SO I TOLD HIM THATS THE POINT. ITS A BUSINESS. AND HE SAID "I DONT NEED YOUR ADVISE." BESIDES THE EMPLOYEES BEING INCOMPETENT AND RUDE, THEY ARE VIOLITING A FIRE SAFETY HAZARD BY LOCKING PEOPLE IN. LAST TIME I WILL GO IN THERE.
