Phenomenal bakery. Best spot to go if you are looking for a custom cake for a special occasion. Highly suggest trying the Innis, it's cannoli cream in a sugary donut like ball. Ladies that work here are always sweet and helpful.

Very small, yet delicious bakery and the staff is always helpful and fast. La Dolce’s items can be seen being sold in other stores across Staten Island so I guess everyone else agrees with their tastiness. I definitely recommend

High prices. Bad service. Typical absentee owner just squeezing and pinching every penny while they can. Often there is just 1 person there to do everything including answering the phone. Very inconsistent goods. They often run out of stuff early or dont make some items at all. The bakes items are pricey and hit or miss.

Got home and my pastries were stale and lobster tails were sour
I went to this bakery for years . I called and they told me they were sorry . But no offer to replace.
I have the box and will throw them out .
Just was expecting a little better service .

The females was very unprofessional and rude. EBT IS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE and she felt the need to discriminate... now she cost the owner a complaint with the state and BBB and consumer affairs department... I asked to speak with the owner and they never relayed the message. They are dirty n do not practice social distancing. Bring back the girls from may 2021. And clean up. Now there will be an investigation and if they refuse EBT they will be fined.. next time dont underestimate me as I'm a state officer. Please people don't refer this as a good place...disgrace to the owner

This bakery had the most miserable employee behind the register. I want my bakery time to be pleasant in all aspects. At this bakery I felt like I needed to apologize for bothering the employee. The store is a little run down as well. Taste? Well it was similar to the Italian Cookies I buy a Shop Rite.
