Rubio's

We love coconut shrimp. But even restaurants overcook it. The coconut shrimp in our tacos were not overcooked and tasted great. We also loved the chunks of mango in the mango salsa and the fresh-sliced avocado. The people working there were also very nice and kept the condiment bar clean and stocked. Made dining experience very pleasant.

Great lunch at Rubios! Excellent service. There is plenty of easy parking. I had a keto fish taco and a regular flour tortilla fish taco. They are to die for!!! The fixings bar is open and ready. Clean restaurant, such yummy food! This Rubio's is in the same parking lot as Daiso. Get the fish tacos, YOU KNOW YOU WANT THEM!!!

I had heard that Rubio's Coastal Grill had good fish taco, so I ordered their platter. The fish chunks were covered with breading and were not as flavorful as I had hoped for. The slaw and sauce were good. A week or so later I went back and this time I ordered the "grilled" Salmon tacos. Much better tasting than the bread fish version, but not cheap. It was nearly $14 for two tacos and no other extras like chips and beans. I'm going to try their Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos next time. I'll let you know what I discover.

Grabbed dinner to go on a whim for my wife and two grown sons. First time at this location and I was very impressed. The order was taken very quickly, prepared accurately, and delicious. We ordered a wide variety of entrees and even customized a few (no tortilla strips in my salad.) I hadn't planned on buying dinner but we were all busy and a healthy, delicious dinner for 4 for $46 out the door is very fair.
